Can I get a quote before registering?
Yes. You can preview an instant quote without registration. Ordering and account history require sign-in.
How are suppliers selected?
Aiketek routes orders to verified manufacturing capacity based on process, material, tolerance, lead time, and quality requirements.
Do suppliers see my identity or sales price?
No. Production workflows are scoped so suppliers receive the information needed to manufacture the part, not customer identity or customer-facing sales pricing.
When are delivery terms finalized?
Delivery address, logistics, trade terms, and related order details are handled during order confirmation after quote submission.
Can I request inspection documents?
Yes. Dimensional reports, CMM reports, material certificates, and other documentation options can be requested where supported.
